Please allow me to introduce the team; I am Rob Burkhart, a retired U.S. Army Military Police First Sergeant and owner of Graphics 55. My wife Suzie, is my partner and handles most of the orders. Graphics 55 was first created in 2007, when my (then) teenage son wanted a summer job. I suggested he start a screen printing business, and since his football jersey was #55, we incorporated his number into the business’ name.
Since its inception, Graphics 55 has grown into a custom apparel decorating company specializing in embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, custom vinyl heat transfers and custom heat applied transfers on just about anything you can think of – limited by only your imagination. If we can stitch it, we can Graphics 55 it!

We produce custom machine embroidery using stock images and/or computer fonts. We also create and digitize original designs, company logos, military emblems, law enforcement badges, and custom artwork. We can embroider on a wide variety of items from all forms of apparel to bags, hats, aprons.

Heat transfer Vinyl (or Shirt Vinyl) is a polyurethane, ready-to-cut custom garment decoration film. Heat transfer vinyl is well suited for very small runs of 1-12 shirts. Simple graphics work best with vinyl. Longer lasting than screen printing, Vinyl heat tranfsers applied to t-shirts should last for years!
Perfect for T-Shirts or Athletic wear, Vinyl is great for text based designs or bold shapes! Heat Transfer Vinyl is made in single colors and also has specialty options such as patterned, glitter, flocked, holographic, glow in the dark, reflective and 3D puff
Our full color custom heat transfer products boast brilliant, crisp graphics that can easily be applied to several fabrics. Available in a single color to many colors with 60 stock colors to choose from this process is better for larger orders.
